In order to make an exchange, you must have proof of purchase and the item you would like to exchange must be in the condition in which it was purchased. Must be unused, unopened, and able for us to re-sell. We only accept exchanges that were sold at regular price, all sale-priced items are final. 

Online Orders: Exchanges ONLY, within 10 days of purchase. Email [email protected] to obtain authorization for an exchange! Please include the reason for this authorization.

In-Store: Exchanges ONLY, within 5 days of purchase. 

If your item contains a supplier manufacturing defect, missing product(s), etc., we allow for product exchanges of the same product, or for the matching substitute product of equal or lesser value.
